AppleButter Animated is a Chicago based animation studio. Founded by Megan Jedrysiak and Jackson Ammenheuser in 2014, our studio is a hub of innovation where experimental shorts, commissioned projects, and interactive artwork come alive. By blending the realms of digital animation—graphics, motion, sound, and automation—with physical and streaming environments, we redefine storytelling. Our creations (powered by art robots, unique graphics, and After Effects) invite audiences to experience animation in a thought-provoking and engaging way.
